Our recurring cleaning service is designed to give you peace of mind with consistent, high-quality cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We focus on the details that matter—leaving your home fresh, organized, and comfortable every time. Reliable, thorough, and tailored to your space. Cancellation Policy
1. Services Not Provided Walker Cleaning Solutions LLC does not offer the following services: • Professional window washing • Professional carpet cleaning • Laundry services • Dishwashing • Pet waste removal • Lifting heavy furniture (over 50 lbs) • Full wall cleaning (spot cleaning only) 2. Pricing & Payment • Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, On file credit card • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in cancellation of the service and/or fees 4. Access to Property Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. • If access is not provided, the appointment will be considered a no-show 5. We do not service properties with heavy smoke residue. 6. We do not service properties with any kind of infestation. 7.Damage & Liability We take great care while performing our services. Any damage claims must: • Be reported within 24 hours of service completion • Include clear photos of the damage Walker Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for: • Normal wear and tear • Pre-existing damage • Items not properly secured • Damage caused by faulty or unstable items 8. Client MUST provide a toilet bowl brush for every toilet in the property. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied due to services not being completed as agreed: • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion • Photos of the affected area are required We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed. 10. Health & Safety Clients must provide a safe and sanitary working environment. • Aggressive pets must be secured prior to service Walker Cleaning Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
